Once you have your own external store up and running, if you like, you can disable the Flow default storage. By doing this, you will have your runtime data in your external store only, and disabling data replication or persistence in the Flow internal storage.
Here is how:
- Click External Storage to open the data stores tab.
All the data stores that are present in the tenant are listed here.
- Select the external data store.
- Check the option for No, only save data in the selected store.
- Click Save Settings.
Going forward, your runtime data will not be stored by Flow, and will be available in your external storage only.
