The Service element in Flow lets us connect our apps to other applications, service providers, or databases. You can also use services to extend the functionalities of a flow (say, to delay the flow, or schedule a task) and for end-user authentication.

You can integrate Box with Boomi Flow to modify, share, or edit documents and folders stored in Box in an app. You can also use the integration to trigger an action in Boomi Flow if a document or folder is edited, downloaded, or uploaded in Box.
