Searching for elements in a flow

You can use the key combination Ctrl + F to find an element in your flow. This is especially helpful, if you have a flow with several elements. Something like this:

This is a rough sitemap of the Docs website represented in a flow diagram. Let’s say we want to locate all elements that have the word ‘Salesforce’ in the flow.

  1. Press Ctrl + F. This opens a search box.
  2. Enter your query in the search box (Example: Salesforce). There is no need to press Enter. You can see the elements containing Salesforce are prominent on the canvas now, as the rest of the elements are dimmed.
Boomi Flow Ninja: Press Ctrl + H to pull up a Help menu with a list of convenient keyboard shortcuts on the canvas.

If you need to take a closer look, click on the images to enlarge them. Have a question? Click the Help button on the bottom right-hand corner of this page to ask.
