Sending a support request

Boomi Flow is focused on your success. We operate a tiered Support and Professional Services process that can be tailored to your specific needs. You can send us a support request here.

Please make sure your support request includes the following:

  1. Your name
  2. Email
  3. Contact number (Please include country and area code)
  4. Name of the company
  5. Your perceived business impact of the issue

If you are having a problem with your flow or tenant, here is some information you can provide us, that will help us understand the issue and offer possible solutions.

    1. Tenant name
    2. Name of the flow
    3. Summary of the issue
    4. The error message/codes you may be receiving
    5. A screenshot of the error screen
    6. The steps leading to the error/how we can reproduce the error
    7. A screen capture of the step leading to the error (If possible.)
    8. Flow Version ID (The last activated version of the flow.)
    9. Flow Run URL (This can be copied from the Run page.)
    10. The player name
