Tooling 2.12.0

September 24, 2019

Features

  • Flow builders can now view notifications by clicking the envelope icon in the top right-hand corner of the Tooling. This will display the five most recent notifications with the option to view all other notifications. The types of notifications available for the user to see include:
    • Faults
    • Warnings
    • Password resets
    • Tenant creation
    • Tenant deletion

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the issue where saving a step will error, telling the user that the content field is required, despite it having been filled out
  • Fixed the inability to create nested lists when creating default values for a list value
  • Fixed being unable to select “All equal” or “Any equal” when creating a business rule. This workaround for this had been to edit the business rule metadata
  • Fixed the inability to clear the selected left/right page component that had been selected in the drop-down when creating a page rule
  • Fixed the Flow canvas from crashing when a swimlane is expanded beyond a certain size
  • Fixed client-side validation for exceeding character limit for the Flow Summary field
  • Fixed the issue where only system boolean values were available to select in the value picker when creating a business rule, rather than also including other boolean values available in the tenant
  • Fixed the error when trying to delete a page container which has a child container, which in turn contains page components
  • Fixed the issue where Chrome was aggressively auto-filling the type drop-down with the users email address saved in the browser

Improvements

  • When exporting a Flow package or generating a sharing token, a builder can specify whether to export passwords or not with the addition of a new checkbox.
  • Improved notification handling in the macro editor
  • Wrapping the Flow name displayed in a Flow tile so that if the name is too long, it does not get cut off
